GENTAMICIN EYE/EAR DROPS

Indications:

Gentamicin eye drops are an aminoglycoside antibiotic ophthalmic preparation, mainly used for treating bacterial infections of the outer eye (such as conjunctivitis and keratitis) or for preventing postoperative infections. The mechanism of action is to inhibit bacterial protein synthesis, and it is effective against most Gram-negative bacteria and some Gram-positive bacteria.

Contra-indications:

It is prohibited for those who are allergic to aminoglycoside antibiotics to use this product.

Adverse Effects:

There may be symptoms such as eye irritation, congestion, itching, etc.; rarely, there may be corneal epithelial damage or allergic reactions (such as eyelid swelling), which require immediate discontinuation of the medication and seeking medical attention.

Precautions & Warning:

Gentamicin eye drops are a prescription drug and should be used only after a doctor's diagnosis and prescription. If any of the following situations occur, you should seek medical attention immediately:
If the symptoms do not improve or worsen after 3 days of use;
If there are severe symptoms such as vision loss and severe eye pain;
If there is a suspected allergic reaction (such as rash, breathing difficulties)

Use in Pregnancy and Nursing Mothers:

Pregnant women, lactating women and children should use it with caution and strictly follow the doctor's instructions.

Storage instructions:

Store below 25℃. Protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
