LINCONIC SIROP 

Indications:

This product is suitable for respiratory tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, female reproductive tract and pelvic cavity infections, and abdominal cavity infections caused by Staphylococcus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniae and anaerobic bacteria.

Contra-indications:

This product is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product and lincomycin antibiotics.

Adverse Effects:

1. Gastrointestinal reactions: Common symptoms include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc. In severe cases, there may be abdominal colic, abdominal tenderness, severe diarrhea (watery or purulent and bloody), accompanied by fever, abnormal thirst and fatigue (pseudomembranous enteritis). Diarrhea, enteritis and pseudomembranous enteritis can occur in the early stage of medication or several weeks after drug withdrawal.
2 Hematological system: Occasionally, leukopenia, neutropenia, eosinophilia and thrombocytopenia may occur; Rare aplastic anemia.

Drug Interactions:

This product can enhance the effect of neuromuscular blockers. The two should be avoided in combination.

Precautions & Warning:

1.To prevent the occurrence of acute rheumatic fever, when using this product to treat hemolytic streptococcal infection, the course of treatment should be at least 10 days.
2. This product may occasionally lead to the excessive reproduction of insensitive microorganisms or cause secondary infections. Once secondary infections occur, corresponding measures should be taken.

Use in Pregnancy and Nursing Mothers:

Use with caution for pregnant and lactating women.

Storage instructions:

Store below 25℃. Protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
