VITAMIN K3 INJECTION

Indications:

Vitamin K3 injection is mainly used for hemostasis and prevention of hemorrhagic diseases caused by vitamin K deficiency. It is a prescription drug and should be used strictly in accordance with the doctor's advice. Its main component is menaquinone, which exerts a pro-coagulation effect by promoting the synthesis of coagulation factors. It is suitable for scenarios such as coagulation dysfunction, obstructive jaundice, and vitamin K deficiency caused by long-term use of broad-spectrum antibiotics.

Contra-indications:

This product is contraindicated for those allergic to it, patients with severe liver diseases, and newborns (especially premature infants)

Adverse Effects:

Redness, swelling and pain at the local injection site may occur. A few patients may experience nausea, dizziness or allergic reactions (rash, breathing difficulties). Medication should be stopped immediately and medical attention sought.

Drug Interactions:

The combination with anticoagulants (such as warfarin) may reduce the efficacy of the latter. The combination with sulfonamide and cephalosporin antibiotics may increase the risk of adverse reactions.

Precautions & Warning:

This product is a prescription drug. Before use, a doctor's assessment of blood coagulation function and indications is required. Do not adjust the dosage or stop taking the medicine on your own. If abnormal bleeding, aggravated jaundice or severe allergic symptoms occur, immediate medical attention is required.

Use in Pregnancy and Nursing Mothers:

Pregnant women should avoid using it. Lactating women need to weigh the pros and cons.
